As well as working with groups around their individual and collective learning, I have significant experience in engaging the energy and creativity of large and small groups in organisations to help bring about complex systems change. It’s essential that change processes take into account the complexity and inter-relatedness of organisational and human systems.

Involving people in thinking through and planning for change increases their commitment to supporting and actively bringing about outcomes such as:
