Having mapped out a leadership program predicated on physical working, Jane’s ability to adapt quickly to a full remote working approach due to COVID-19, is a testimony to her aptitude as a guide and facilitator. Even with the challenges of not being in a room together, Jane delivered a brilliant blend of teaching through applicable theory / frameworks, mixed with practical and online experiential activities.
