My passion is working with people around the important transitions in their lives.

This can involve helping them to step into new and complex work roles, to work more effectively in their current roles or to explore new career or life directions. It can involve working with teams and groups to create energising, productive and trusting working relationships, or it can be about helping organisations to generate or move through complex change with clarity and confidence.

I aim to give people the confidence to take risks, to experiment, to learn and to move forward with energy and purpose.

My background

I’ve worked in agricultural, mining and research industries in Australia, and for more than 20 years I’ve run my own consulting practice specialising in executive coaching, leadership and team development for a range of organisations in the public and private sector. I’ve worked regularly in executive leadership programs for major business schools in Australia, which has given me a wonderful opportunity to work with a richly diverse client base.

Since 2008 I have worked on executive leadership programs at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland. IMD specialises in executive education; its MBA program is consistently ranked among the best in the world, and the Financial Times ranks it first in open programs and in the top three in executive education worldwide.

COVID-19 has prompted me to experiment with new approaches and processes to achieve outcomes for leaders and teams. I’m continuing to experiment to ensure I can deliver the strengths and benefits of both face-to-face and online approaches.
