I work with groups to create dynamic learning environments that enable leaders to develop insight, receive feedback and explore and practise new skills and behaviours in an environment that provides both challenge and support.

Creating an environment where participants feel safe to take risks and experiment with new behaviours is the most powerful and effective way to accelerate the growth of leaders who can respond effectively in an increasingly complex and dynamic world.

I’m currently involved in creating such complex and challenging learning environments for the Executive Masters of Business Administration and the John Grill Executive Leadership in Major Projects programs at the University of Sydney. I also run intensive experiential learning groups as part of the Mobilising People program at IMD in Lausanne.
